The house, in a second line sea location with sea views, is located in beautiful Font de Sa Cala, a neighbouring village of Cala Ratjada. Font de Sa Cala is a quiet place consisting of exclusive detached houses. Here you will find restaurants and shopping facilities and, of course, the beautiful bay of Font de Sa Cala, considered one of the most beautiful in the municipality of Capdepera and just 350 metres from the house. Villa Mar Bella has a living area of 210 m² with a total of three double bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. The total plot size is 950 m² and offers large outdoor areas with a beautiful pool, sun terrace and barbecue and dining area.

Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in the spacious living/dining area with an adjoining open-plan luxury kitchen, which is equipped with everything your heart desires. The living room is furnished with a 65" flat-screen TV with all popular German channels and a comfortable sofa. All rooms have heating and cooling systems that ensure a pleasant room temperature all year round. The dining area seats 6 people. A high chair is also provided if required. From the living room, large sliding doors lead to the covered front terrace, where you can relax in comfortable wicker chairs and enjoy the sea view. The open-plan, very spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a large central block with induction hob and integrated extractor fan, a refrigerator with SuperCooling function and freezer compartment (Bosch) in an attractive coloured glass design, a multifunction oven (Bosch), a microwave, dishwasher (Bosch) and, of course, all the kitchen utensils you need for everyday use. Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is also a cloakroom that offers storage space for suitcases, golf bags, etc.

The living/dining area leads to the outdoor area with a pool, outdoor shower and separate outdoor toilet. There are 6 sun loungers with parasols and a dining table with 8 chairs and a parasol. The ground floor features a large master bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and comfortable new mattresses. The large built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space. Next to the master bedroom is the second bedroom on the ground floor (also equipped with a double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m). All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. The bathroom with walk-in shower and towel radiator is located opposite the two bedrooms. The upper floor can be accessed either from outside via the pool area via the staircase or from the second bedroom on the ground floor, from which a door (lockable) leads to the staircase. Upstairs there is an additional living area with a separate double bedroom and two balconies, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a kitchenette. The living area on the upper floor offers breathtaking views of the sea.

Villa Mar Bella is a dream home in a dream location. Here you will find peace and quiet, with Capdepera's most beautiful bay right on your doorstep and Cala Ratjada just a 5-minute drive away, where you will find many excellent restaurants, shops, cafés and bars, as well as other beautiful beaches and bays: Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Cala Torta. The golf courses of Capdepera, Son Servera and Canyamel are also not far away.

Prices include all additional costs (electricity/water/gas/Wi-Fi/tourist tax) and a basic set of towels (per person: 1 beach towel, 1 shower towel, 1 large towel, 1 small towel) and bed linen.

The final cleaning fee of €180 is not included in the price.

Interim cleaning can be booked on request.

A deposit of €500 is required.

After booking, you will receive a rental agreement by email shortly thereafter.
